The client experience
What every injured client sees on their phone — sign up in minutes, then a clear, guided path from crash to settlement.
Washington Auto Law — Client Recovery Platform
01 The opportunity
Washington Auto Law already makes a bold promise to every injured client: sign up on your phone in minutes, no in-person meetings, a clear plan, regular updates, and we handle the insurance so you can focus on healing. Today that promise lives in your team's hard work and follow-up. It deserves a system built to deliver it at scale.
This proposal is to design, build, and launch a custom Client Recovery Platform — a branded mobile experience for your clients and a command center for your team — that turns those promises into a repeatable operating system: faster intake, fewer "what's happening with my case?" calls, stronger medical documentation (and therefore stronger settlements), more five-star reviews, and a single live view of every case. The working prototype is on this page; below is exactly what we'll build, the timeline, the cost, and the terms.
02 What we're building
One platform, two connected experiences, branded end-to-end as Washington Auto Law / Mr. Crash:
The Client App — a calm, guided, mobile-first experience that signs clients up in minutes, walks them through every stage in plain language, coordinates treatment, and keeps them informed without a phone call.
The Firm Command Center — a live console where attorneys and case managers see the whole caseload at a glance, catch at-risk clients before they call, coordinate care, run negotiations, and keep every AI-assisted action under attorney review.

Platform foundation (included)
- Branded deployment under the Washington Auto Law / Mr. Crash identity.
- Integration with your existing case-management system, or standalone operation if preferred.
- Security: multi-factor / passkey authentication, encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access, audit logging, and automatic backups.
- Washington compliance by design: WSBA 2025 AI opinion (human review), My Health My Data Act consent architecture, and retention-aware data handling.
- Accessibility (WCAG 2.2) for clients who are injured, medicated, or stressed.
- Hosting, monitoring, and support for the live platform.
Included free — client-acquisition landing page
We'll also design and build a custom, mobile-optimized marketing landing page — a fast "Hurt in a crash? Sign up in 5 minutes" page that funnels new leads straight into the platform's mobile intake. Normally a standalone $4,000 project, it's included free with this build.
04 How we'll build it
The entire platform is designed, built, and launched in 8–10 weeks from kickoff — a short contingency buffer is already built into that window, and the price is fixed regardless.
| Phase | Weeks | What gets delivered |
|---|---|---|
| 0 — Discovery & design | Week 1 | Scope sign-off, branding, integration & data plan, compliance/consent setup, success metrics. |
| 1 — Client app (MVP) | Weeks 2–4 | Onboarding, e-sign, stage tracker, messaging, documents, reminders, EN/ES, security hardening. |
| 2 — Firm console & PI ops | Weeks 3–6 | Command center, caseload board, case cockpit, care coordination, negotiation cockpit. |
| 3 — Intelligence & governance | Weeks 5–7 | AI guide & co-pilot, friction radar, AI review queue, consent ledger, reporting. |
| 4 — Pilot, training & go-live | Weeks 7–8 | Pilot on live cases, staff training, final polish, launch. |
| Buffer & handoff | Weeks 9–10 | Contingency for unforeseen issues plus final handoff — full delivery within 8–10 weeks. |
05 What this is worth
A custom platform of this scope, built by an agency, typically runs $150,000–$300,000+. The off-the-shelf alternative — a case-management tool plus a client-engagement add-on plus an intake product — costs $40,000–$60,000 every year, indefinitely, and still isn't tailored to how Washington Auto Law works or branded as Mr. Crash. This delivers a platform built specifically for your firm, for a one-time fixed fee plus a modest monthly plan.
06 Investment
The build fee is paid across three milestones, so you only pay as you see progress:
| Milestone | Trigger | Amount |
|---|---|---|
| 1 — Kickoff | On signing | $20,000 (40%) |
| 2 — MVP demo | Working client app delivered | $15,000 (30%) |
| 3 — Go-live | Full platform launched | $15,000 (30%) |
The Care & Hosting Plan ($750/month) begins 30 days after go-live (the first 30 days are included) and covers hosting, security monitoring, backups, support, and ongoing maintenance and updates. Your founding rate is locked for 24 months.
07 Ownership & license
7.1 Platform IP. The Provider owns and shall retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Platform, including all software, source code, user interfaces, designs, architecture, and documentation, together with all related intellectual property rights.
7.2 License grant. Upon execution of the definitive agreement and receipt of the kickoff payment, the Provider grants the Firm a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for the Firm's internal legal-services operations, including its attorneys, staff, clients, and authorized proxies, under the Firm's branding.
7.3 Hosting & updates. Continued hosting, support, security monitoring, and updates are provided under the active Care & Hosting Plan.
7.4 Firm Data. The Firm owns all client, case, and other data it submits to the Platform. The Provider processes it solely to operate, secure, and support the Platform, and will provide an export upon request.
7.5 Confidentiality. Each party will protect the other's confidential information and use it only as necessary to perform under the agreement.
7.6 Definitive agreement. These terms will be set out in a Software License & Services Agreement executed by both parties; the Firm is encouraged to have counsel review it.
08 Security, privacy & compliance
- Confidentiality (RPC 1.6): encryption, role-based access, and audit logging protect all client information.
- AI under attorney control (WSBA AI Opinion 2025-05): every AI-assisted draft passes through a review queue and requires a lawyer's approval before reaching a client or an insurer — every approval logged.
- Health data (My Health My Data Act): treatment, pain, and care features are opt-in, separately consented, and tracked in a consent ledger with deletion and revocation handling.
- Accessibility (WCAG 2.2): built for clients who are injured, medicated, or overwhelmed.
09 Support, warranty & scope
- Launch warranty: the first 30 days after go-live include defect fixes at no charge.
- Ongoing support: included in the Care & Hosting Plan, with a defined response window.
- Scope: the feature set above defines the build. Significant additions after sign-off are handled as a simple written change order, quoted before any work begins, so the fixed price stays fixed.
- Firm responsibilities: timely access to your case-management system and a named point of contact for decisions, feedback, and the pilot.
10 Next steps
- A short call to confirm scope, branding, and your case-management system.
- We send a brief services agreement that formalizes the terms in Section 7.
- Kickoff payment, and we begin — we can start within one week.
When you're ready to move forward, just reply — we can begin within a week.
Your current site, audited — on us
◆ Executive summary
Washington Auto Law has built a recognizable brand ("Mr. Crash") with genuine social proof (406 Google reviews, 4.9 stars, $46M+ in settlements) — but the website is held back by serious technical-SEO failures, an inconsistent and gimmicky brand tone, a cluttered UX with competing visual elements, weak content depth on service pages, and near-zero AI-search readiness. The site converts on the volume of CTAs rather than the quality of the experience. A redesign is an excellent opportunity to preserve the firm's real strengths while building credibility and search visibility.
1 SEO audit
Critical issues — fix immediately
No homepage meta description. The homepage has no <meta name="description"> tag at all — one of the most fundamental SEO elements. Google auto-generates a snippet from body copy, which is usually poor. Every key page needs a crafted, keyword-rich description of ~155 characters.
No H1 tag on the homepage. There are zero <h1> elements. The main heading "Car Accident Attorneys" is an <h3>. Google relies heavily on the H1 to understand the page topic; the entire heading hierarchy is inverted.
Broken internal page (404). The nav links to /?page_id=129 ("Legal Articles"), which returns a 404. This damages both UX and crawl authority.
Schema markup is minimal. Only generic WebPage / Organization schema is present. Missing entirely: LegalService, LocalBusiness, Attorney, FAQPage, and AggregateRating — all critical for local SEO, the Knowledge Panel, and AI search.
56 of 82 images have no alt text (68%). An SEO and accessibility failure. Worse, several filenames reveal AI prompts — e.g. optimize_this_image_for_a_vertical_layout..._image_1.webp — visible to crawlers and signaling poor content quality.
OG title is just "Home." The Open Graph title is set to only "Home" — that's what appears when the site is shared on social, wasting a key brand impression.
Extreme script/style bloat. The page loads 57 external JavaScript files and 65 stylesheets — an enormous Core Web Vitals liability, especially on mobile.
No blog or content hub. There is no active blog (the "Legal Articles" link 404s). Long-form educational content is the primary organic-traffic driver for law firms; competitors publishing it will own informational search.
Secondary issues
- Weak page titles — e.g. "Car Accidents - Washington Auto Law" with no location. Better: "Car Accident Attorney in Washington State | Free Consultation."
- No location landing pages for Seattle, Tacoma, Bellevue, Spokane, etc. — local queries are entirely missed.
- No FAQ schema to capture featured snippets and AI-overview slots.
- Shallow internal linking between related pages limits authority flow.
2 LLMO audit — AI-search readiness
LLMO is optimizing content so AI systems (ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity) accurately represent and recommend the firm.
No structured Q&A / FAQ content. AI learns from structured, authoritative Q&A. With almost no FAQs or term definitions, competitors answering "What is PIP insurance in Washington?" will be cited instead.
Incomplete E-E-A-T signals. No bar-admission details, case histories, or authored articles. Attorney bios lack credentials, bar numbers, and law schools. The team page claims "25+ top-rated attorneys" but shows only two with legal credentials.
Contradictory facts undermine AI trust. Review counts differ across pages ("380+", "350+", "300+"); the team page claims "25+ attorneys" but lists two. These inconsistencies signal poor editorial oversight to users and AI alike.
No named, authoritative content. No legal guides, bylined articles, or commentary attributed to a named attorney — exactly what AI prefers to cite.
Entity coverage is too narrow. The site rarely references specific WA laws (RCW citations), insurance regulations, or court processes, so it won't be treated as a legal authority.
3 UX audit
Popup overload on load. Within seconds: a video popup of the attorney, a live-chat bar, and a "Start Live Chat" overlay — three intrusive interruptions before a single word is read. That creates anxiety, not trust, for someone already stressed from a crash.
No hero / no visual hierarchy. The page opens with three competing column cards, each with its own CTA. There's no single dominant message above the fold; users don't know where to look.
Broken heading hierarchy throughout (H3 where H1 belongs) — disorienting for screen-reader users and a failure of accessibility standards.
CTA repetition causes decision fatigue. The homepage has 11+ phone links and 8+ CTA buttons — the same number and "Free Consultation" message repeated back-to-back, which reads aggressive and dilutes each CTA.
The "Winnings" framing is a trust risk. "Imagine Your Winnings!", "Wheel of Compensation", "Get More Cash With Mr. Crash!" — lottery-style language can undermine trust with injured clients and, in several jurisdictions, raise bar-advertising concerns.
Locations page is nearly empty — just a phone number and a paragraph, despite serving the whole state. A UX and local-SEO failure.
No mobile-first navigation. The mobile nav is a hamburger only, with no visible CTA. A post-crash mobile user needs a permanent sticky "Call Now" button.
Orphaned URLs like /?page_id=16804 use raw WordPress IDs — unmemorable and unshareable.
Video auto-plays without consent — intrusive on mobile data and an accessibility concern.
4 Content audit
Service pages are extremely thin. The Car Accidents page is ~400 words of generic copy — no WA statute of limitations, comparative-fault rules, or PIP guidance. Competitors run 1,500–3,000 words of jurisdiction-specific content per page.
Missing practice-area pages for wrongful death, UM/UIM claims, hit-and-run, and commercial-vehicle accidents.
No blog / resource center — the single biggest content gap and the primary organic-traffic lever for law firms.
Inconsistent brand voice — oscillating between serious ("dignity and attention they deserve") and gameshow ("Mr. Crash will Rock You!", "BOOM Baby!"). It confuses prospective clients about what to expect.
Conflicting results figures — "$46,938,862+", a counter stuck at "$22,266+", and "Over $100 Million Collected" all appear across the site, badly hurting credibility.
About page is corporate and attorney-thin — values listed, but little founding story or case history; key bio sections appear to be collapsed accordions users may never open.
Typos and errors — "communicatons", "speciliaze", "Nick pain" (Neck), "our our EXCLUSIVE" — these erode credibility on a professional law-firm site.
Minimal footer, no social links — no social profiles are linked anywhere on the entire site.
5 Marketing audit
No social media presence. Zero links to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, or TikTok — a major miss for a firm with TV ads and a personality brand.
Brand-identity confusion. Two identities run at once — "Washington Auto Law" and "Mr. Crash" — with no clear primary. One should lead; the other should be a supporting tagline.
Unverified awards. "Super Lawyers", "voted best. rated best.", "LF500-Honoree 2025" appear as badges but none are clickable or attributed to a source/year.
"99.5% success rate" is unsubstantiated. An extraordinary claim with no methodology or context — an ethics/advertising risk in attorney marketing.
The "30-Day Guarantee" is buried. A genuinely rare differentiator ("not satisfied in 30 days, we return your file, no charge") appears mid-page on one page only. It should be a homepage hero message.
Lead form is too long and too low. It asks for first name, last name, phone, email, full accident description, and SMS consent — at the very bottom of a long page. Best practice: 3 fields max, placed high.
No geographic targeting in homepage messaging despite "Washington" in the name — no city references or local landmarks.
6 Prioritized recommendations
Priority 1 — fix now (technical/SEO): meta descriptions on every page; correct heading hierarchy; alt text on all images + rename AI-prompt files; fix the 404; add LocalBusiness / Attorney / FAQPage / AggregateRating schema; cut scripts & styles to under 15 each; fix all typos.
Priority 2 — high-impact UX: remove/delay the auto popups; build a real hero with one dominant headline and one CTA; add a sticky mobile "Call Now"; reduce CTAs to 3–4 per page; resolve the dual-brand identity.
Priority 3 — content: launch a blog (10+ foundational WA-specific articles); expand each service page to 1,500+ words; build city pages (Seattle, Tacoma, Bellevue, Everett, Renton, Spokane, Olympia); flesh out Locations.
Priority 4 — LLMO & E-E-A-T: full attorney bios (bar #, school, experience); standardize every statistic; add FAQ sections with schema; cite WA law (RCW) to substantiate claims.
Priority 5 — marketing & brand: create/link social profiles; make the 30-day guarantee a hero element; substantiate or revise the 99.5% claim; link awards to verification; add a referral-partner page.
